starting work tomorrow. i'm kind of excited, a little nervous. gotta be in the office at 8:30 tomorrow morning. i really have no idea what to expect, because the job description was pretty vague. it sounded cool though. haha.

but one thing i do know: God is truly awesome.

i applied for probably 25-30 internships for the summer, starting in March or April. I left Berkeley thinking I had no shot at getting an internship.

After about a week or two at home, I woke up one morning and found a message on my cell phone. It was a lady from Raytheon that had seen my resume and was interested in meeting with me. I went in and interviewed for a web developer position. The interview went decently, and a week later she called and left another message saying she needed to talk to me. I called her back and she told me that unfortunately I didn't get the position I interviewed for, but that there was another internship that had just opened up that they would want me to interview for. I went in the next day, had a great interview, and within two days they offered me the position. so to summarize this whole paragraph:

30 resumes sent out. 1 reply. 2 interviews. 1 internship.

Just awesome.

i'm bored. friends went to watch a movie while i stayed at home and slept. now it's almost one and i'm up, no one's online, and i'm not tired. boo. i guess i blog.

zankou chicken sells t-shirts. i went there the other day with dennis, jason and johnson. they only cost $2.99. that's ridiculously cheap. too bad johnney says that place smells like ...

God works in crazy ways. It looks as though this summer is starting to settle down for me. I think i'm going to be interning this summer full-time, so that should keep me pretty busy. Will update when I find out details.

My high school buds are awesome. I've been kicking it with them a lot lately and I'm having so much fun. I can't believe we're freaking going to be seniors next year and we're gonna have to start looking for jobs and all that crap.

life needs to slow down. please?

this semester went well academically. praise God.

so far this summer has been pretty unproductive, but hopefully I'll find some internship and things will change.

i thought the summer was supposed to be a time to relax. so far, that hasn't been the case.

i'm supposed to be happy right now!

another note: once again I got closer to a couple different people this semester, but strangely enough for the first time ever I chilled with the same friends for two semestesr in a row! hahaha dang how lucky those fats are.

there are so many moments that I want to remember by blogging about them. then i realized i'm lazy and so i never update.

i think captain planet was a homosexual.
