dang i'm so pissed.
me and andy needed anthro readers for a class that we're taking because there's a paper due on thursday. we went to krishna copies yesterday afternoon to go get them. i went in, ordered two, and they said it would take 10 minutes so andy and I went to go eat lunch. when we got back i went in and they told me that they didn't know which anthro reader I wanted because there were two. i had left my cell number with them but for some reason they didn't call me and ask me. anyways, i told them which one we wanted and they said it would be done tomorrow. i argued for a little bit but they just told me it would be ready by tomorrow.
so i called them twice last night to ask them to have it ready a little earlier, maybe later that night. they said ok, we'll try, but they didn't. i woke up this morning, because they told me it would be done by 11am, so i called in at 1230 just to make sure they were done so i could pick them up. after waiting like 5 minutes on hold, they told me they would be ready in 20 minutes. so i called them 45 minutes later, and they said they were done. i went in another 45 minutes after that, and lo and behold, they started printing the the second reader when they saw me. so i had to wait for 10 freggin minutes for them to do something they said had already been done. after i finally got both readers in my hand, i started yelling at the cashier because she told me they would be ready at 11, and they still weren't even ready when i got in to pick them up. i should have talked to the manager to get a discount or something but i was so fed up with everyone there that i just signed the receipt off and i left.
i don't think i would be that mad if they lied to me once, or maybe twice. but they lied to me nearly 37 times those jerks. dang, i know i need to be more patient, so maybe that's why stuff like this is happening to me.
i wasted all my time getting my reader, so i'll probably waste more time before i start reading it. freggin a.
