I was eating ramen and had the nasty combination of ramen steam and cigarette smoke coming into my face. It was a very unpleasant experience. 2) Bidets are......... interesting. 3) Harajuku girls are scary 4) A Nigerian man came up to me holding up a picture of clothing, and tried to sell me marijuana. Now that doesn't happen in the States! 5) Everyone wears black suits 6) When you press the "Close Door" button in the elevator, it actually closes! It's not like the elevators here where you push the button, wait for 5 seconds, watch as 4 more people walk in, wait for 10 more seconds, and then it slowly begins to close and you think you're going to move, but in reality someone comes by and presses the up button and you start all over again. The buttons respond like they do in the movies! You could probably run into an elevator and actually get away like they do in Terminator. ![]() |
